These terms govern your use of the Last 4 Leaderboard and apply to all visitors and users of this website.

1. Purpose of the website

This website provides a light-hearted paid entertainment service: a leaderboard that ranks the last 4 digits of payment cards based on points purchased by users.

The leaderboard:

• has no prizes, rewards, or competitive outcomes;
• does not create any rights, entitlements, or expectations;
• is purely for entertainment.

To be clear: this is probably not the best use of your money. But it’s your money, and we provide the service you’re paying for.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable once the service is delivered (when your points are added to the leaderboard for your card’s last 4 digits).

When you make a purchase, you are paying for:

• the permanent addition of points to your card’s last 4 digits leaderboard entry;
• the infrastructure that hosts and maintains these rankings;
• whatever emotional satisfaction you personally get from seeing numbers go up on a screen.

You are not receiving:

• any goods, prizes, or monetary returns;
• any guarantee of ranking position;
• anything of particular practical value.

Making a purchase does not entitle you to anything beyond what is described above.

3. How the leaderboard works

For each successful payment:

• the payment amount is converted into points on a one-to-one basis;
• points are added to the entry corresponding to the last 4 digits of the card used.

The public leaderboard displays:

• all possible 4-digit combinations from 0000 to 9999; and
• the total points accumulated for each combination.

The leaderboard does not display names, email addresses, or other identifying information.

We may, at our discretion:

• change how points are displayed (for example formatting or ordering), without altering recorded payment amounts;
• temporarily suspend or remove the website or leaderboard for maintenance, technical issues, or updates.

We do not guarantee that any particular 4-digit combination will appear, remain visible, or hold a specific ranking position at any time.

4. No accounts or logins

The website does not offer user accounts or logins.

All leaderboard data is aggregated and public, and is the same for all users.

Because there are no accounts:

• you are responsible for keeping your own records of any payment (for example, Stripe receipts);
• we may not be able to confirm that a specific payment was made by you unless you can provide relevant transaction details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

In particular, you must not:

• attempt card testing, use stolen card details, or interfere with the payment process;
• attempt to bypass, probe, or exploit the Stripe integration;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or bulk download website data in a way that could affect security, availability, or privacy.

If abusive or fraudulent activity is detected, we may take reasonable steps, including blocking access or working with Stripe or relevant authorities.

6. Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The accuracy of the leaderboard depends on successful payment processing and technical integrations, and occasional errors, delays, or discrepancies may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties and conditions are excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the website;
• our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a payment is limited to the total amount you have paid through the website in the 12 months before the claim arises.
• We are not responsible for fees, exchange rates, or charges applied by your card issuer or payment provider.

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to use the card you pay with and for reviewing your own card statements.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with that policy, including by Stripe as our payment processor.

9. Age and eligibility

The website is not intended for children.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old; and
• you are authorised by the cardholder to use the card for the transaction.

10. Changes to the website or these terms

We may update the website or these terms from time to time to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or how the website operates.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the website after changes take effect means the updated terms will apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the website or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
